“The moment I arrived, the hotel had the wow factor. It's a stunning boutique property, with every detail carefully designed. The staff were extremely welcoming, especially Toby and Lucas, who made sure I had everything I needed. We were so impressed that we're planning to visit the Pentahotel in Reading, UK after Toby told us about the chain. The food was excellent and reasonably priced for the quality and portion size. I was gutted to leave after three nights – I could easily have stayed a week. It felt like a home away from home. Definitely the most beautiful, warm, welcoming boutique hotel I've stayed in during my city breaks in Europe. I can't praise this hotel enough – don't hesitate to book.”
